Hannu Huhtamo

Hannu Huhtamo is a visual artist focused on light art and visualizations. In his works, Huhtamo explores how light bends to represent different organic forms. Imaginary deep-sea creatures, minimalist animal figures and flowers from another reality, realized with light painting technique, take the viewer to a new world where both Finnish nature and the forgotten areas of the city outskirts serve as the stage. Hannu's light drawings have gained  a lot of attention in magazines, books, blogs and music videos as well as on international news channels.  He is also a member of Valopaja Light Art Collective that organizes light art workshops and live light painting performances.
