Alexander Salvesen: Large Scale Analog Projections

The artwork is always especially made for the venue. The artwork can consist of one or several large scale projections, all painted by hand and projected through analog technology. The projections can be realised both outdoors and indoors.

Dimensions of the work:

Size of one projector approx: 120cm x 100cm x120cm

Spaces suitable for exhibiting the work:

Outdoors, Outdoors, under a roof, Cold space (eg. a shed, a silo etc.), Semi-heated space, Heated space

Work’s durability:

Sub-zero temperatures, Rain, Humidity

Requirements for the space:

fully dark, dark (gleaming exit-lights etc. allowed)

Colouring requirements:

light coloured

Electricity consumption:

Power current (specification)

Support and other structures:

The work needs support structures, hanging points, or similar

Required technology:

The work need one 32A power for each projector. Smaller projectors also available depending on venue. The work needs a cover for weather (wooden roof structure etc).
